Our field inspectors conducts collateral inspections of mortgaged properties for banks, lenders, and other financial institutions. Our role as inspector includes providing digital photos of houses, apartment buildings, or construction sites. After we inspect the property we will prepare a report for the financial company describing the state of the property and its occupancy and whether it is in disrepair.
